Building a qrpi daemon on Rpi to run the wsprry application

This transmitter implements WsprrPi Raspberry Pi, bareback LF/MF/HF/VHF WSPR transmitter aplication to make a very simple WSPR beacon from your RasberryPi by connecting GPIO port to Antenna. It is theorically capabe of operating on bands from 0 to 250 MHz. The Github respository can be foulnd at: https://github.com/JamesP6000/WsprryPi

Build the wsprry application on the Rpi3:

Network Time Protocol

The Raspberry Pi WSPR transmitter using NTP based frequency for calibration. An accurate clock is essential for sucessfull operation of the Weak Signal application. This relies upon NTP functioning accurately. The ntpq utility program is used to query NTP servers which implement the recommended NTP.
