configuring my
own cloud node on Debian. During the second attempt at starting from scratch I
decided to take some notes of the exact steps that I took, knowing full well
that I'd only end up 
  a) breaking it at some point in the future, and
  b) forgetting what I did to get it working in the first place.

I'll share those notes below in case it helps you, but I'm not an expert in any
of the content. Personal data such as user names and DMR IDs are redacted.

# Clean install Debian 10
# Set hostname, update /etc/hosts
apt-get update
apt-get install
apt-get install wget
Create regular user, add to sudo group
# Add DV-switch repository [original instructions]
wget http://dvswitch.org/buster
chmod +x buster
./buster
# Dry run allstar and dvswitch-server installs, look for errors
apt install allstar --dry-run
apt install dvswitch-server --dry-run
# Install allstar, rebooot, configure, test
apt install allstar
reboot now
sh /usr/local/sbin/asl-menu
asterisk -r (check it's working)
Add *73 to mandatory command codes in [functions] stanza (73 = ilink,6)
vi /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf
Install DV-switch Server, configure
apt install dvswitch-server
sudo su -
cd /usr/local/dvs
./dvs
Install analog reflector (helpful PDF)
apt install analog-reflector
vi /opt/Analog_Reflector/Analog_Reflector.json
nodeName = ***
dmrID = ***
asl node = ***
cd /opt/Analog_Reflector/ssl/
./mkcerts.sh
./Analog_Reflector user *** *** *** secret **
# Change allstar rxchannel
vi /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf
rxchannel=USRP/127... (etc) from dahdi/pseudo
vi /etc/asterisk/modules.conf
load => chan_usrp.so ;
systemctl restart asterisk
Install allmon (wiki) and apache2-utils (for htpasswd)
apt install git
git clone https://github.com/AllStarLink/AllMon2.git /var/www/html/allmon2
cd /var/www/html/allmon2
mv allmon.ini.txt allmon.ini.php
mv controlpanel.ini.txt controlpanel.ini.php
vi allmon.ini.php
apt install apache2-utils
htpasswd -cB .htpasswd ***
vi /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf
# add "server.stream-response-body = 2"
# Set up whitelisting / blacklisting if required (wiki)
# Set up connection logging if required (groups.io)

Ongoing Issues

Getting "Transmission double, ignoring your stream" when keying up  
  close to another transmission - check /var/log/dvswitch/Analog_Reflector.log for detail.
FIXED: rpt.conf: duplex = 1 > 0, hangtime 5000 > 0, althangtime 4000 > 0
Allmon isn't showing any connected nodes
FIXED: allmon.ini.php had a typo in the node ID. Twat.

All I need is the link to download the packages for DVSwitch.

Neither 'sudo apt-get dvswitch-server' or 
  'sudo wget http://dvswitch.org/install-dvswitch-repo' work, it pops up as a 404 error.
